Creating an Email Signature with Outlook Web Access (OWA)

You can easily create a Microsoft Exchange Email Signature that is attached to every email in the Options control panel of Outlook Web Access - OWA by following these steps:

  1. Click on Options, located at the top right

  2. Add/Edit your E-mail Signature and click Save
    Note: be sure to check "Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages"
