Use the following steps below to setup your Infinity Arts hosted, Microsoft Exchange Email Account in Outlook 2007.
Note: your domain name must be configured with Autodiscover SRV, DNS Records for Outlook 2007 Auto Account Setup to work. If you purchased your domain from Infinity Arts or if Infinity Arts is managing DNS services for your domain name, your DNS records are likely to be configured correctly. Note: if you are running a 64 bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7, additional steps may need to be taken to locate the Mail account manager - please visit: Manage Your Outlook Account Profiles on a 64 Bit Version of Windows
Note: if you already have an MS Exchange Account setup in your Outlook you will need to setup your email in POP3 format. Please contact us and/or visit: www.infinityarts.com/Setting_Up_Email_in_Outlook_2007/blogpost9410 for more details.
Note: the user name MUST be entered as your login email address: email@example.com
Note: it may take a few minutes or more to see the Login Screen above. If this screen does not appear for you at all, please exit the account steup and try the steps 1-8 again.
